How do I go about donating furniture and other large items?
We gladly accept furniture and other large items in sellable condition at all of our locations. All you need to do is bring the item to one of our Donation Centers located at the rear entrance of the stores. We have team members that can assist you when you arrive.
Can you come and pick up items to donate?
We are currently not picking up any items.
I donated items but did not speak with an employee. How do I get my receipt?
Please visit the front of whichever store you donated at, and one of our employees will help. You can also call that store’s phone number if you are not there.

How can I get help finding employment in the community?
Our Mission Services program assists individuals find, maintain and advance in employment, along with supportive services to aid in an individual achieving their employment goals. Visit our Missions page to learn more about our services and the contact information for our careers services managers.
How do I request a Goodwill clothing voucher?
Vouchers are only distributed to nonprofit social service organizations or established community agencies helping underserved populations in our service area: Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Mercer (PA) and Lawrence (PA) counties. Vouchers cannot be issued directly to individuals. If you are in need of assistance, you can contact Mission Services where they can direct you to available community resources for assistance.
