Meet our Workforce Development Team!

Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries offers a variety of programs and services to help individuals in our community prepare for and find meaningful employment. To help fulfill our mission, we have a team of individuals who make up our Workforce Development Team. Meet the team below!

If you are looking for a job or need assistance with the process, you can contact our Career Services Manager, Tadarrelle. He helps clients with career services, such as job searching and placement, in addition to soft-skill development, such as interviewing. Tadarrelle enjoys engaging with colleagues, partner organizations and the community and ensures his clients are competitive candidates in the workplace. Tadarrelle is from Youngstown and values being a resource to the community.

Amanda, our Vocational Rehabilitation Manager, has been with Goodwill for nearly five years. Amanda, a Mahoning Valley native, works with clients who have been referred to Goodwill from partner agencies in our community. In her work, she performs vocational evaluations, community-based assessments, digital skills training and work adjustment. She focuses on supporting individuals who are looking to get back into the workforce through soft skills and on-the-job training.

Meet our Career Coach, Teaza. Teaza works with individuals in our community by helping them to create resumes, apply for jobs and build computer soft skills. In addition to her work, she helps clients connect with community resources, like affordable housing. She assists the Valley through referrals and walk-ins and really enjoys working with people who want to better themselves. “I love being part of Goodwill’s organization and all that they continue to do for our community.” As a mom of three children with autism, Teaza said her goals include offering more work programs and assistance to individuals with barriers.
