The Youngstown Warren Regional Chamber will join Youngstown Area Goodwill for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of the Niles location on Wednesday, May 24, at 10 a.m. Following the ceremony, the Niles store will host a special jewelry pop-up sale, featuring name-brand pieces, from noon to 5 p.m.
