Production Manager

The Production Coordinator is responsible for implementing production and maintenance procedures established by the Operations Director. The Productions Coordinator is located at the Main Office and reports to and is supervised by the Operations Director.

1. Specific Job Responsibilities

A. Coordinates and administers an adequate plan to maintain manpower and production requirements throughout the facility.

B. Responsible for resolving personnel problems as they occur.

C. Perform daily check of all supplies and inventory to maintain production schedule.

D. Responsible for long-term facility and production planning, accident investigation and damage assessment.

E. Assumes other responsibilities as necessary to correct production problems that may occur.

F. Provides other departments with related information required by them to carry out their assigned responsibilities.

G. Evaluate and review performance with employees; resolve personnel problems that may occur.

H. Work within budgetary constraints.

I. Responsible for quality assurance on all donated process goods to include textiles, housewares, and electronics.

J. Assures that plant departments operate within established guidelines and procedures.

K. Assumes other responsibilities as necessary to correct production problems that may occur.

L. Advise Director of Operations in all aspects of facility operation.

M. Employee will annually review the Corporate Responsibility Policy and Code of Ethics to assure departmental compliance with it. Make suggestions for revisions, additions, etc.

N. Will coordinate and schedule all pickups and deliveries of donated items and contract goods; direct items to proper departments for processing; monitor equipment for safety and efficiency.
